We're starting to get the hang of things but clearly we got some people that aren't honest about things and leaving us for the gutter. I looked upon the realmforum of World of Warcraft and saw the thread of Bloodline which killed razorgore... The link for their website was there and was posted by one of our guildees. I was curious and watched the recruitment page. At least 10 people of our guild did sign up. I'm not going to name the people, but you can at least be honest in this thread about it. I think we might ask our selves... Are we recruiting people for newborn phoenix or bloodline.. (no offence to bloodline) For people who want to take a look www.bloodlineguild.net/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewforum&f=1

Oh about asunders, na just noticed that someone of our guild posted it. It saddens me also I didn't expect it from a lot of people... I don't know if your opinion is changed by yesterday. But some people act like it's cheating to join bloodline, but in the meantime sign the recruitment charter... Aren't you a little bit ashamed then. If you come out open for it then we at least have a view over it. When people earn stuff in Zg for an example and after it, leave ... then it's just really, really sad to be honest... Then you can at least give people who like to work for it, the chance to gain that item ... And once again, I don't have something against bloodline and yes there are really nice people in it, but isn't it a challenge to build up the guild. And yes they are more organised, got more wealth, experience... But you will still walk a paved road to be honest ...

yep, this is kinda sad. It seems like ppl are in this guild just to have something to do before they join a good endgame guild, and dont care of our improvement at all.
For me, i think the challenge and teamwork in this guild makes the game alot funnier than it would be if i for example had joined MM, or Bloodline and clear MC on my first run.

I tried to improve newborn phoenix in any way that I could. I tried to organize a low-man MC run on a day people should be able to attend (since people weren't able to come on mondays), but of course people didn't turn up. Some people were more interested in 5/10man runs than helping their guild out in MC. It's the lack of ambition from a lot of members that made me want to join another guild. My old guild was much like newborn phoenix for a long time, except it had dedicated members and organized leaders. It's not equipment that encouraged me to leave, it's activity.

Well its the active members who are willing to leave... what does that leave us with ? nothing ... so instead of looking for something else (cause the grass is always greener at the other side of the street) try to motivate some more ppl into raids and such ... don´t forget some ppl just had exams and such ... now holidays will come up, so allot will be very active, other will be out etc etc...
Don´t forget your real life sometimes ;-)

Well lets all focus on how it can be that most active ppl wanna leave, can that be cause they maybe dont see any improvent into the guild?
ofc i rather built up a guild and improve each week, but as i noticed ppl dont rally care in improving and coörperation. Let the leaders do something about the activity rapidly and show that to the members so they SEE this aswell that we are improving. But instead of this they're sitting, whining on the forum and waiting for the members to leave
i think manny ppl that are about to leave are even willing to put MORE effort into the guild. but we are only able if ppl are really interested into that and as it seem they aren't at the very moment

I understand you point fearoz, but its not only up to the elders or leaders or whatever... I think we had lots improvement in advancement AND activity this week (3 ZG runs for the first 3 days off the week) 1 more boss downed and second time we had jeklik down (fast imo) and an attempt on a 5th ZG boss (upto 4 attempts) I saw lots off the same ppl returning to each raid (as I was in all 3 off them) but some off them applied for bloodline wich I find frustrating cause if they leave, it leaves me with an less active guild again ... I WANT to put effort in the guild, as I wanted to do in the previous guild ... I always wanna LEARN new things, and not only see them ... that is why I am (fe.) trying to find a way to put tiger boss down Building up a high end guild takes time ... and allot off time has already been invested into it ... and untill now I see nothing but improvement tbh ... Untill now there is no point for me to go moving to another server/guild
